The house is situated in the park of chateau les Homs and faces the beautiful Malepère hillsides with its vineyards.
Although “en plein campagne” it is only 5km to the motorway A61, Toulouse – Mediterranean coast.
Fanjeaux (3km) and Bram (5km) offer you little shops, cafes and restaurants. In Bram is a large supermarket.
The owners live in a separate part of the house and your privacy is guaranteed.
Domaine les Homs ( North latitude 43°.12’.966” East longitude 2°.4’.083”.) is situated in
the Languedoc, departement Aude. This region in the south of France lies between Toulouse and the Mediterranean coast. Both are in reach of les Homs in a 45 minutes drive.
The city of Carcassonne and its airport Salvaza (Ryanair) is at 20 km of this domaine.
The Aude is still an unspoilt area with a very rich history (Cathars). The region is blessed with warm summers and mild winters. In every season it is a pleasure to be here.
