Out of the season it is possible to rent Domaine Les Homs partially. Prices in this periode are:

CONDITIONS
The house is equipped for up to 20 persons.
50% of the sum due is payable upon reservation and the remaining 50% is due 6 weeks before arrival. The booking is considered final upon receipt of the first 50%.
Included the rent is the following: gas, water, electricity, bed linen and towels.
Heatingcosts if necessary. We expect the house to be tidy before departure. The costs of the end cleaning are € 150 to be paid in advance.
The house may be rented per week. The week is from Saturday 16.00 hours to Saturday 10.00 hours. In the off-peak seasons special arrangements can be made.
Upon arrival we request a security deposit of € 500. The deposit is returnable upon departure all being in order in the house.
Domestic animals are welcome.
